It’s the shutter speed. I set the camera to “aperture preference” mode, ISO 600, then found something to focus on. Either use a tripod or make shift a tripod, which is what I did. Voila! Took several shots before I got that right. Aperture was as high as it could go, to keep as much in focus as possible.

How do you get that effect ? Is it the shutter speed or was the water moving that fast? Either way, great shot!
